Series I 86" MWV 532

As MWV arrived. Painted in what looked like black Hammerite!
The strip down begins. Floor panels & seat box are removed, as are the wings.

Front panel and radiator now removed, ready to lift out the engine. And here it is, ready for cleanning.

The Chassis has been cleaned ready for treating and painting. The engine and gearbox have also been cleaned. On this occasion, the engine is not going to be painted.

The chassis has now been rust treated, primed and painted.

Engine and gearbox have been installed as has the refurbished rear axle. The refurbished front axle along with new springs.

Now a rolling chassis, many of the ancillary items have been fitted. The refurbished and painted bulkhead is fitted.

Front panel and radiator are fitted. The rear tub in place.

The windscreen, steering wheel and doors have been fitted. The door tops are being completed. Nearly there, just awaiting the final touches.

The completed vehicle, with new hood, now ready for collection by the owner.
